The fleet is ours. We buy each car, maintain it and hand it over with our own team, with no broker or partner hire company in between. That is why every listing shows the plate: the car exists, it is in Valencia, and it is the one you get.
A valid ID or passport and a valid driving licence held for at least two years, shown at collection. This is an IC Car Rent hire condition and is included in the booking terms.
Yes, at no cost. A pending or confirmed booking is cancelled by you from My bookings, at any time, without having to contact anyone. The cancellation is recorded in the booking history.
The total shown before confirmation is the daily rate times the number of days, plus extras. When IC Car Rent charges an insurance or a mandatory fee, it appears on its own line in the price summary, marked as mandatory, already added to the total and with no option to remove it. No payment is taken until you have seen and accepted the total.
Keyless collection will be available from 10 September 2026 on cars marked with this option. After confirmation, your account will show the identity-check and vehicle-access instructions.
