How booking works
Front, rear, both sides, interior and dashboard: six photos from your account, kept as your record of the car's condition.
Availability follows the period: a car someone else has already booked for those days drops off the list.
Every listing carries the model, year, color, seats and doors, with a photo of the vehicle and its plate visible.
A confirmed booking generates a pickup code, sent by email and kept in My bookings.

Pending or confirmed, you cancel the booking yourself from My bookings, without talking to anyone and at no cost.
The daily price shows in the search and on the listing, before you choose. A category with no rate set does not accept a booking.
Fuel, mileage, excess and deposit are not defined yet, and none of them will be charged without being written down first.

One city, with the whole operation ours
Valencia is Spain's third largest city and the starting point for the Albufera, El Saler beach and the inland villages, all under an hour away. We operate here only: the eleven cars are ours, they stay in this city and our own team hands them over. While it is a single city, pickup and return happen at the same point.
Frequently asked questions
Are the cars yours or from third parties?
The fleet is ours. We buy each car, maintain it and hand it over with our own team, with no broker or partner rental company in between. That is why every listing shows the plate: the car exists, it is in Valencia, and it is the one you get.
What documents do I need to rent?
A valid ID or passport and a valid driver's license held for at least two years, shown at pickup. This is an IC Car Rent rental condition and is included in the booking terms.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, at no cost. A pending or confirmed booking is cancelled by you from My bookings, at any time, without having to contact anyone. The cancellation is recorded in the booking history.
Does the price include insurance?
The rental includes a mandatory insurance charge. It is calculated for the selected car and period and itemized in the final price before confirmation. No payment is taken until you have seen and accepted the total.
How does keyless pickup work?
Keyless pickup will be available from September 10, 2026 on cars marked with this option. After confirmation, your account will show the identity-check and vehicle-access instructions.
Can I return the car in a different city?
Not for now. We operate in Valencia only, so pickup and return happen at the same point. When another city opens, it starts showing up in the search and returning elsewhere becomes possible.
How do I know the car is really available?
The search cross-checks your dates against bookings already made for each vehicle, so a car taken in that period does not show as available. While the daily rates are unset, no category enters the search, and the full fleet stays published under Fleet for browsing.
